Wed, 21 Sep 2022: 7:30pm View detailsIf you are interested in auditioning for the Belfast Philharmonic Choir for the 22/23 season, join us during our two open rehearsals of the term on Wednesday 14th and 21st September! You can sing with members while we learn music for our planned season opening concert in November 2022, and find out more about the audition process.
For these open rehearsals, each session has a strictly limited number of places each evening. You can book for both open rehearsals - and it will give you more experience of the set audition extract - but it is not compulsory.
Auditions to join the choir will be held on Saturday 24th September. Auditionees will be asked to sing one set choral extract and one piece of their own choice. Further information will be sent in advance of the audition. If you would like to audition but cannot attend an open rehearsal session, please email Laura (manager@belfastphilharmonic.org.uk).
To book for an open rehearsal session please click View Details beside your chosen date, and then the red Buy Tickets button. You will be asked for your name and contact information as part of the booking process. Before the open rehearsal you will be sent a form to complete asking for your voice part and singing experience, which will need to be completed for each person attending if you have booked for multiple singers.
If you are no longer able to attend a place you have booked, please let us know so we can allocate it to someone else.
