Belfast Philharmonic Choir are delighted to be joining with the Ulster Orchestra, once again, to bring Handel's much loved oratorio, Messiah, to Belfast this Christmas.

 

Please note: there is one performance of Messiah in 2019

Get into the Christmas spirit with a magical night at Belfast Waterfront.  There will be seasonal favourites a-plenty as Richard Balcombe conducts West End stars Sophie-Louise Dann and Alex Gaumond, Ulster Orchestra and Belfast Philharmonic Choir.

BACH MASS IN B MINOR

Completed the year before he died, Bach never heard his magnificent work performed. The accolades began early when its first publisher declared it "the greatest musical work of art of all times and nations".  

Generations of music lovers have been enjoying this wonderful music ever since.

Venue: Fisherwick Presbyterian Church

 

Does what it says on the tin!  Stephen Doughty leads singers of all experience levels in a day of exciting choral classics.  Highlights include extracts from Vivaldi Gloria and Handel's Zadok The Priest!  At the end of the day we will put on a concert for family and friends.
